Bifurcation points of several major evolutional cycles, including the Mayan calendar and Cycle of precession of Equinoxes, are accompanied by critical points of a series of local cycles, including the surges of Solar activity and Foci of the comet Hale Bopp. In this work it is analyzed how the unification of their effects is developing and where it could get us.
